Meet Holy house wash

Hi I am Jordan Brown, Owner and Operator. Here's a brief write up of how I got to where I am today!

  Many years ago I learned how to seal driveways during my summer breaks from school. What started as a seasonal job quickly became a skill I took seriously. After a few years, my father and I started a business together called Curbs in the Burbs, installing custom concrete curbing for garden edges. It became a huge success! 

  But more important than the success was what my father instilled in me. For nine years, I worked alongside him. He taught me that “that’s good enough” is never good enough,  it’s an excuse that leads to compromise. He taught me character, work ethic, and integrity. He showed me that how you treat customers matters just as much as how you perform the work. I am the man I am today because of his influence, and I’ve never let go of those values.

 While building that company, I continued pressure washing and sealing concrete driveways on weekends. I learned how to correct failed sealers, restore faded colour, and identify the products that truly last — not just the ones that look good for a season. Those years shaped my technical foundation. Today, whether it’s stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, or interlock pavers, I can look at a surface and know exactly how to bring it back to life.

  After stepping away from my own businesses for a time, I worked in landscaping construction and commercial pressure washing. I built patios from the ground up, not just repairing them, but understanding their structure. I saw firsthand how doing the job right the first time directly impacts how long it lasts.

  In commercial pressure washing, I operated at a very large scale — cleaning factories, solving warranty claims for interlock suppliers, and learning how to remove nearly every stain imaginable. I mastered detergents, surface chemistry, and restoration techniques most residential pressure washers would never even touch. I look back on that time with pride because it sharpened my skill set to a level few in this industry reach.

But I noticed a gap.

  The same issues I was solving commercially, were showing up everywhere I looked, and homeowners could only hire contractors without the depth of knowledge to fix these issues properly. I realized my only real competition in the residential market would be students and seasonal labourers without long-term experience.

  That’s when I founded Holy House Wash. And at that point, I had 14 years of real-world experience solving concrete, interlock, and surface restoration issues at every level. I don’t just use a pressure washer, I apply specialized detergents engineered to eliminate problems at their source and prevent them from returning, at least for a long time. And then use a pressure washer to flush it all away.

 Now, five years into building Holy House Wash, I’ve earned the trust of landscapers who contract me to seal their installations, suppliers who refer me to their clients, and homeowners who value expertise over shortcuts.

This business wasn’t built overnight. It was built over decades — through mentorship, discipline, hands-on experience, and an unwavering refusal to compromise on quality.

 

And that’s exactly what I bring to every home I work on.
